My Obsidian Workflow

Obsidian has become my second brain. Here's how I use it to organize everything I learn.

The structure

I keep it simple:

├── Inbox/          # Quick captures
├── Daily/          # Daily notes

│   └── Areas/      # Ongoing responsibilities
└── Media/          # Images, transcripts, etc.

The workflow

1. Capture everything - Inbox is the default destination
2. Process daily - Triage inbox to correct folders
3. Connect notes - Use backlinks and MOCs
4. Review weekly - Clean up and update

Why it works

Simple structure + daily review = actually usable knowledge base.

The key is keeping friction low. If it's hard to capture, you won't do it.
